About Our Approach

Food is complicated enough. You don't have to navigate it all alone.

Maybe you're struggling with an eating disorder.

Maybe you've spent years dieting and feel like you don't know how to eat normally anymore.

Maybe you're a parent watching your child struggle and wondering what you're supposed to do.

Or maybe your relationship with food, exercise, and your body has become exhausting—and you're ready for something different.

Wherever you are in the process, we're here to help.

Our dietitians provide individualized nutrition therapy for eating disorders and disordered eating, while working closely with clients, families, and the rest of the treatment team.

We believe you deserve care that sees you.

Our Approach: Compassionate Care, Grounded in Evidence

We believe eating disorder treatment should be both compassionate and clinically excellent.

Our dietitians use evidence-based nutrition therapy alongside a non-diet, weight-inclusive approach. We draw from intuitive eating and other established approaches to help individuals rebuild trust with food, challenge rigid food rules, and move toward a more peaceful relationship with eating and their bodies.

We don't believe recovery looks the same for everyone. We meet you where you are, listen carefully to your individual experience, and work collaboratively with you and your treatment team to determine what support you need.

And importantly, we don't reduce people to their eating disorder.

You may have anorexia. Or ARFID. Or binge eating disorder. Or a history of chronic dieting that never quite met criteria for an eating disorder. You may also be dealing with anxiety, substance use, trauma, personality disorders, or other complicated circumstances.

You are a whole person, and your care should reflect that.

When Faith Is Part of Your Healing

For many Christians, faith is not separate from the rest of their lives—and we don't believe it needs to be separate from recovery.

Our practice is committed to providing excellent eating disorder care while creating space for people who want to explore the role of Christian faith in their healing.

That might mean talking about Scripture, prayer, body image, control, fasting, gluttony, shame, identity, or the ways diet culture can sometimes show up in Christian spaces.

We aren't afraid of difficult conversations. But we also don't believe that shame, fear, or rigid rules are the path to healing.

Our goal is not to make your relationship with food more "Christian." Our goal is to help you pursue recovery while exploring what it means to live freely and faithfully in your relationship with food, your body, and Jesus.

Faith integration is available for those who desire it and is never imposed.
