We offer both in-person and virtual nutrition counseling for individuals, couples, and families ages 11+ with:

Sports Nutrition Counseling

For athletes who are unsure how to fuel their bodies for sports. Re-learn how to feed yourself and prioritize athletic performance, while also enjoying food.

Medical Nutrition Therapy

We offer medical nutrition therapy for a variety of disease states, as well as co-occurring conditions. We work with substance use disorders/mental health conditions, endocrine disorders (such as diabetes), renal disorders, and metabolic conditions.

Faith-Based Dietitian Care

Christian faith can play such an important role in how we view food. Whether you're in recovery from an eating disorder, or curious about how to honor God with how and what you eat, we are here to help.

Professional Consultation

If you are a medical or mental health professional and would like to learn more about eating disorders, Anna Marie offers professional consultations. Maybe you are a dietitian with an eating disorder client who is Christian and they have questions about fasting or gluttony and you aren't sure how to respond and honor their religious beliefs. Maybe you are a therapist and are curious about how to talk to your client about food guilt and when to refer to a Registered Dietitian. Please inquire about this service to learn more about availability and fees.

Caregiver Coaching

For parents, spouses, or friends looking for guidance on how to support their loved one in recovery. It can be hard to navigate recovery as a friend or family member.

Fees

Free 10 minute phone consult/discovery call with Anna Marie Long, upon request. Because many insurance plans fully cover our services, we recommend scheduling an initial assessment in place of a discovery call if you are planning on using insurance.

We are currently in-network with BCBS, Cigna, and Aetna. We can provide superbills for potential out of network reimbursement for all other insurance carriers.

Shelby's self-pay rates:

$240 for initial 90-minute assessment

$165 for follow-up sessions (50-60 minutes)

*Reduced/sliding scale rates are available on an as-needed basis. Please contact us for more information on sliding-scale services and availability.

Anna Marie's self-pay rates:

$285 for initial 90-minute assessment

$190 for follow-up sessions (50-60 minutes)

Supervision/consultation for professionals: $125 for 50-minute sessions

Caregiver/parent coaching: $125 for 45-minute sessions

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE NOTICE:

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees. Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
